some help from Ebayers

OK so I took a flyer on a buy I have less than 20$ in this but it's the principal of the whole thing
This set is nearing the end of a set of items from a friend that runs a couple of very successful convenience stores located here in our town. These items are mainly dealer and display items that are now being thinned out on eBay - many of these items are new and were never used or displayed but stored for many years. Most relate to beer, cigarettes, and NASCAR/automotive display items as well as some equipment for the store. This item is a neat one and relates to seasonal sales - this sale is for two Santa Suits - really haven't investigated them much, but look to be two tops and either one or two bottoms and it looks like a beard is there, a hat or two, and some vinyl covers to make like boots out of regular shoes. Look in decent, but worn, condition and could use a good cleaning from storage. Selling everything I have shown that is Santa for one money and a one time listing. Not sure on size, but looks to be extra large. See sellers other items, link at the top right, as I have many other items from this same store listed.******
problem?? I only got one suit.. Even if I had gotten 2 pants or
tops.. Or whatever, but I only got one..
I want to leave feedback but I might get a little Over the top..
any Ideas??

i'm a regular ebayer. In fact, 2 packages this week.

i have been buying and selling on ebay for about 8 years maybe. My suggestion would be to contact the seller directly. If that doesnt' solve the problem, then you can contact ebay to help. if that doesn't help it, then nail them with the bad feedback. Good luck! I've only had one problem with an ebay transaction over the years. I hope you can get this resolved.

So far with good luck....Like she said...Contact the seller first...always...It can usually be resolved that way...
after that.....Floor's open!
Sorry Wayne......

I sell..... Mr Topless buys...LOL ...OK I might have been known to buy too!

We have 100% positive feedback....because we communicate...on both sides of the coin....
Anyway BEFORE you leave negative feedback, make several efforts to contact the seller. If you rec'd merchandise different from what was listed in the ad and the seller will not do anything..... then you can leave negative feedback. DO you have the link...maybe we can see something in the ad you may have missed in the description.....

I'm a long time buyer/seller, too!
Like they said, try and work it out with the seller....if that doesn't work leave a very matter of fact neg or neutral feedback.....I hate seeing feedbacks that say LIAR, CROOK, BA$TARD.....I'd rather see..."Description stated "two" suits, I only received one".....ask for half of your money back

I always check their feedback and if any negative and also the number of sales...
but that doesn't help you....now...
If contacting the seller doesn't bring any satisfactory results, go to Ebay, they are pretty good about things like this and have a procedure they go through when something like this happens...be persistent
I've had a couple, but resolved through the seller and I've made over 300 purchases on eBay...since 1999
Good Luck!

look to be and
is are 2 different things
However, he doesnt say that he won't refund your money.... doesnt say he will either.
And the pic is worthless to plead your case.... you can't see much of anything
You might just take the comfort knowing you got at least one suit for $5!
