Can anyone confirm parking lot opening time for Charlotte???

I have read on this site several times that lots are opening at 12 noon on Sunday but a few people at work have said 6:00 PM :o(.

Can anyone confirm for sure what time the lots are opening?

THE premier lot is open at noon as well as some of the other lots.The rest open @ 3pm >This is from Verizons website as of this am
