I LOVED Cheap Trick!! I think I need to seek out a couple cd's for the collection... the vinyl doesn't get played much these days!

Sorry, JoAnn. Jen and I are soooooo NOT the people to talk about icky/bad/scarey/weird/realistic dreams... Nightly, in color, remember when we wake up.. Sweet dreams is a phrase that doesn't apply.

the worst? I dream I have gotten back/still am in a Relationship with the Ex..
Well Really the Worst???? Having the Dream..
and reaching to the other side of the Bed.... And totally freaking out
because there is someone there..

I know what you guys are talking about.
I've had spells with bad nightmares. I'd be screaming in my sleep then after waking up, fearful to fall back asleep because I didn't want to start dreaming again. Then, on other nights, I couldn't fall asleep fearful of dreaming.
Fortunately, I don't have many nightmares these days.

but which would freak you out more when you did that? someone soft, warm, and snuggly; or furry-backed and snoring like a chainsaw going thru sheet metal?

and I understand what you're saying VIG......nothing worse then screaming out in the night....you're right...it does make you not want to go back to sleep.....
I've tried everything....changing my habits at night time.....watching what I eat and drink...no change....it seems to go in cycles.....but I hate when that cycle last long
