1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Pineapple Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Top with a slice of lemon
This is a stiff drink...trust me

Appleton Island Enticement
1 oz. Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum
1 oz. Midori® Melon Liqueur
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
Combine rum, Midori and juice with ice. Stir well. Pour into glass, then float grenadine on top. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.

My own concoction
1 shot of light rum
1 shot of pineapple rum
Lemonade
Blue Curacao
Pour rum over ice in a shaker. Add lemonade and shake. Pour into a glass with ice. Lightly top with Blue Curacao. Drink and enjoy.
