Not sure if this has been posted here yet, didn't find it in a seach.

But it's a Rolling Stone article on the Richest Rock Stars of 2006 and it mentions Jimmy at #7.

Be they pastry or lobster or love
I'm just tryin' to get by bein' quiet and shy

"Jimmy Buffett is a cottage industry by himself," says Arfa. Says Guerinot, "It's a lifestyle thing. It's every thirty-eight-year-old with a BMW spending his seventy-five dollars on a ticket."

Or every 46 year old in her Sebring shelling out $126 for an 8th row seat.....
