Robbin did a great album with this guy.

Here is a pic of him and Delbert together.

Delbert McClinton on left Steve Bassett on right.

So? Aside from the fact it is great music which I hear bits of in Bubba's music. Look who played on Steve's 1984 album

Guitar: Jimmy Johnson, Pete Carr, Mac McAnally, Elliott Randall
Bass: David Hood
Drums: Roger Hawkins
Keyboards: Barry Beckett, Steve Bassett, Steve Nathan
Percussion: Tom Roady
Background Vocals: Steve Bassett, Marcy Levy. Bonnie Gallie, Ava Aldridge,
Pamela Wolfe ,The Jackson Southernaires
Saxophone: Robert Harwell

And I know there is at least one person in Va. on this board that understands this significance.

I don't think I'm the one you're referring to, but I'm from Virginia, and I understand the significance.

Robbin Thompson's music is part of the landscape when you live in Virginia. Make sure you give it an up close look, instead of just driving by it.

My love is staying an anchor tied to you with that silver chain.
