Love the shirt!

Oh boy....I just hope everyone is ready this year. I'm in WV but we still have got some very heavy downpours from the remnants of hurricanes which lead to flash flooding...bleh!

I'm sure the jerk-offs runnning the oil companies will raise the price of gasoline by 50% in the next couple days just because there's a 50/50 chance a hurricane may or may not occur. :x

Don't forget the majority of the whole, along the Atlantic Seaboard. They will need to to be remembered during this and every hurricane season. Hurricanes affect far more than the Gulf coast areas.

As for Brad and Angelina.....The papparazi and the people that follow them are to to blame. Leave them and their baby alone to their privacy. I certainly will respect their privacy and hope the best for them, and I will not follow them in the media/Hollywood circus. What they do is their business and does not concern me.

I will say it sounds like, they found a way to use the papparazi and the media to raise money for a worthy cause, so more power to them.

They are the ones who sold a picture of their baby for 4 million dollars! That is nauseating to me!!!I know I will not be buying that magazine.

Your choice. As is my choice to not buy it either, then again, I never have bought it before, so I can't and won't blame them or what they did, or did not do, nor their baby, for such.

If they can raise $4 MILLION or whatever for their favorite charity by selling pictures of their baby, more power to them. I would rather see the charity get the money, than see them and their baby hounded and hasseled, by the papparazi and the money going to whatever papparazi's pocket.

At least they seem sincere in the charity they support, just as Jimmy Buffett and PHC'sare sincere in their support of the charity they choose.
Is something wrong with that ?

Is is any different from someone allowing their baby to be used in a movie or a commercial? At least this way the money does go to charity rather than into someones bank account.

Anne Bonney and Mary Read are the two best known female Pirates. There is plenty of info online.

In the Carolinas there used to be some speculation that Bonney vanished only to quietly return to Charleston to grow up as one of the respectable and wealthy city founders. Her father owned a plantation near Charleston and she lived there briefly, and even though her father reportedly disowned her you know how that goes. After all, kids will be kids, whether they are borrowing the family car or stealing British warships in the Carribean

There is an excellent book called Pirates of the Carolinas by Terrance Zepke that you can buy for a song, and it details 13 buccaneers including Read and Bonney.

The last I heard had the storm path projected to hit Cedar Key about 2am Tuesday.

I don't wish a storm on anyone, but after the last two years I sure hope they stay away from Pensacola to New Orleans section of the Gulf.
