Pictures of Fingers on Stage in Cincy

Post by phjim »

Some pictures of Greg "Fingers" Taylor during the June 8th show in Cincinnati are now available in the Photo Gallery. Fingers played harmonica during the song "Fins" and he also played keyboards with Micheal Utley during "Margaritaville". (A special thanks goes out to Jim Pukas for sending along the photos).

Awesome pics!
one great thing , if you enlarge the pics of Fingers on stage, the whole band is grining from ear to ear watching him play!

It doesn't get much better than that!

At one point, Jimmy and Fingers were really jamming. Literally, both were down on there knees and into the groove.

And yes, the rest of the band was smiling from ear to ear. A lot of people in the crowd were confused, though. Some people were shouting Fingers and getting really excited. But you could tell there were some that were like, "uh? Who's fingers? What the heck are you talking about?"

This was easily one of the best Buffett shows I've been to in terms of music and musicianship.

Just curious, why are the shots superimposed with the message "Copyright 2006 BuffetNews.com (taken by Jim Pukas)"? Does that mean they are for sale?

I'm giving credit to the person who took the photos.

It was kind of funny, i had mentioned to my wife (we were listening on radiomargaritaville) that missed fingers in the shows, then a bit later there he was.

Sure would be nice if it were to be a regular thing, but it seems unlikely.

good to see Fingers back :)

i used to make a yearly "Fingers Quit The Band" thread on the newsgroups back in the early '90's. i remember him posting in my thread thinking it was funny... and that it was a joke.
