Trouble downloading with Firefox

Hey everyon. I'm having a bit of a problem when I try to download shows using Firefox.
I can get on the FTP site but when I click on a song to download, this is what comes up.

have you tried to update firefox?

yep. tried that. still get the same thing.
it's weird. i was able to download shows using it a few months ago and now nothing.
