Maybe "switch" would have been the more appropriate term.

Actually, this is a good one...

Last night, I got a good nights sleep!!!
(first time in a month I've slept through the night without waking up)

Not good. I've been ambitious around the house today. I have to get back to not sleeping at night...

Dude I have had sleep issues for sooo long.. I feel your pain.

I drank an entire bottle of great red wine (Greek) last night and had -0- hangover this morning.
