That guy is a genius. He is getting paid, even if it is only tips, for creating this story and then sitting down and lighting up. And people are videotaping him doing it. Pure genius.

GEEZE!! Did he say he smoked 25 spliffs a day? He must be smoking dirtweed or horsesh*t or something that is not the good stuff. He would be way beyond the ozone layer.
Nice gig for the guy though. What happens when "cottonmouth" and the "munchies" set in?
He must have bar and restaurant stops planned along the tour and no doubt drinks and eats for free.
