I am quite sure I will PASS on this! For anyone brave enough to try it, you better hurry.... he may not be making anymore of it.
I doubt Ben and Jerry will pick up this flavor....

Hot ice cream comes with an icy warning
Customers must sign waiver before tasting fiery mix of peppers, hot sauce
Updated: 5:24 p.m. ET July 5, 2006
ANGIER, N.C. - This ice cream comes with an unusual stipulation — customers must sign a waiver before tasting it because it's so hot.
Cold Sweat, a flavor sold at ice cream shop Sunni Sky's, is made with three kinds of pepper and two kinds of hot sauce.
"It tastes like fire — with a side of fire," said Scott McCallum, a regular customer, who was eating the more sedate butter pecan flavor.

I have a party every New Years Day called the Chili Bowl, in which several friends of mine come over for chili dogs, beer and watch the college bowl games. I'll eat an average of about 10 chili dogs during the course of the day with hot sauces with names like Molten Lava, Colon Cleaner and Johnsons Thermonuclear Sauce. Given what Jan. 2nd. is usually like I can't see trying this ice cream. Once a year of that kind of pain is enough for me.

And pizza should be free of fruits (except tomato, that would just be silly.)

Deep Fried ice cream is an EXCELLENT dessert item. You gotta try it. I am quite confident it is much more enjoyable than his hot pepper ice cream.
One guy is trying to set a record by eating 14 ounces and has not succeeded in that as of yet...... That should say something about it.....

Yes Ginger can be spicey ....but not as hot as the stuff he is using I would think. He is using 3 different peppers and two different hot sauces. ( I have some hot sauce here that I gaurantee will light up your life.....and in small quantities. I keep it reserved for people who tell me they like their food spicey HOT.
I admit to liking food with a little bite, but not like this stuff. ( Tappey's La. Bull Sauce is flavorite. Not too hot, Great flavor!) So far no one has ever told me this stuff was not hot enough for them...AFTER they tried it.
A drop about the size of a matchead is usually more than enough heat for most people.
