Damn! Way to go!!

(isn't your wife preggers right now?)

I haven't quite conquered the whole weight/exercise thing since I quit smoking.

BUT I did have a VERY VERY stressful weekend and it didn't even occur to me that I should smoke to try and settle down.

Lovely wife has about 5 weeks left (10/4 at 2PM - C Section). I just got thrown into the excercise thing... It helps to do something you enjoy, I bought a nice race bike and just started riding... I get dropped after 5 miles on the group rides still, but I can say I actually started (and finished) the ride.

Lovely wife and I were talking the other day about how nice it is to make it through the day and not think about smoking, even around others who are smoking... I couldn't believe, at Buffett, that I did not even have a desire to smoke, even with all the Mojitos I drank...

Here's to many more weeks/years smokefree, hopefully not stressful for you! Cheers!

Ten weeks!!!!

And a HUGE accomplishment over the weekend was my first real social situation where ordinarily I would have bummed a smoke from someone after a few drinks.

I managed to get completely drunk and not smoke a bit!

Woo! Congrats...

So, what was the date you quit? (my last smoke was July 8, about midnight - I think yours is a couple of three weeks before me...).
