I had a whole night! But I too just sat in the quiet for a while jellin'! 
I think what balances me is the fact I'm alone at work many hours a day. But when I'm home, my husband is firmly planted on the couch, and I'm entertaining and / or taking care of the kids unless they're out and about with their friends. For him and the kids to be gone happens maybe once a year if I'm lucky! It was nice!
