No doubt they tried..... It was a great site with good stuff on it. Also it I remember correctly he was up in Canada, A lawyer from elsewhere ( that was a parrothead) volunteered to defend him. Has been a little while since that happened and the details are a bit "fuzzy". I THINK it happened in 99 or maybe 2000. Not sure about that. The settlement allowed him to post the old shows and stuff but he was not allowed to post details or instructions on how to download them or something like that. (Not that it made any sense to me, just sounded like one of JB's legal beagles was overzealous and wanted to make a name for herself. Granted JB has the Right to protect and defend what is his, but the lawsuit itself, accomplished very little in all reality of that particular situation.)
