New to N. Miami!

Hey all,
Just wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction for cool places to hang out in North Miami/Aventura/Fort Lauderdale area. I just moved down here and don't know many people yet!

Bahia Cabana( weekends with PARIS) and the Elbow room...Both in Ft lauderdale!!.......or Beach Place .......a bunch of Bars there.......daytime/weekend.....Sheraton Yankee Clipper ocean side bar....say hi to Gil and the gang!!

Las Olas Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale is worth a look.
