Since up north we have to really enjoy our summertime, Winter comes so fast.
We were thinking, where is your favorite place to dine alfresco and why?
First local, where you reside and then second, anywhere in the world, if that applies.

Not everyone can or has traveled a lot!
This should be interesting!

Where's Alison? Her answers should be interesting!

I have a couple.
Fairfax VA, on our back patio after I grilled something on the BBQ.
Savannah GA, the Crab Shack on Tybee Island
limited worldwide travel, but from the little I have to go on, St. Lucia, Anse Chastenet, looking out at the Pitons.

Nowhere local to dine alfresco... people here think it's a cream sauce for pasta...
Anywhere: Probably this little out of the way restaurant in Cozumel. The name escapes me, but it had a great local flavor, and awesome food.

Isn't it a sauce for pasta? Just kidding!

It had a good view... not of the ocean or anything spectacular, but of the local, daily life... it was off the beaten path, and it was nice change from the touristy places with the cruise ship herd...

Mine is easy! Look at my signature!
I live in the main "alfresco" dining street in the city! Just up the next corner and take your pick of places to eat!

No worries - that answer was kinda easy ....... without thinking ...
But if I had to "think" about it - it would be on the docks, at Fremantle in Perth (where we won the Americas cup) ... its full of atmosphere - loads of boats coming and going and GREAT food!

Is their motto something like "Where the elite eat in their bare feet"?
If it is, I remember eating there with my parents on vacation like 10 years ago- definitely a fantastic meal!!!
