They're quite versatile... how do you like them?
What raised this question in my mind, was dinner last night. Each of my daughters had a friend over for dinner... I had raw carrots for snacking, and was quite surprised that both guests, from different families, said they liked their carrots dipped in peanut butter!
Loved 'em that way actually, and I had never heard of such a thing!
My daughters and I thought it sounded weird, and didn't try it.

If I HAVE to eat carrots, Mom, it'll be raw dipped in ranch dressing.
Generally, I'd prefer to utilize them only as the noses on my snowmen.

Mmm....carrots. I buy at least two bags of raw carrots a week. One to keep at my desk at work and one to snack on at home. I usually eat them plain, but like them dipped in ranch, caesar, honey, honey mustard, etc. Mostly salad dressings.
As for cooked, if it's summer, they get done on the grill, seasoned, and wrapped in foil. If it's winter, they get steamed with saffron and a little bit of salt.
Cooking is like love. It should be entered into with abandon or not at all..

love em raw plain or dipped in ranch. I just went to this little organic farm and bought this big beautiful bunch of carrots. I wish there was something you could do with the tops because they look so nice.

I don't like cooked vegetables but I'll eat raw carrots. Plain or with a dip, doesn't matter.

I thought so!
No one had voted there yet, and I thought the all of the above didn't apply with the "don't like" option above!
I'll put an * on that one!

I like celery with peanut butter, as long as there aren't any ants, er raisins, on it!

I can only eat them cooked.
I must have some allergy to them when they're raw - makes the roof of my mouth and my throat itch. Walnuts do the same thing.

Might you be referring to Honey Glazed Carrots? Hmm? wonder why people like carrots (sweetest vegetable I can think of) when added to honey?
Though dipped in most any of the available options from the list, the sweetness and/or calorie count doesn't go down either.
I'll eat them raw (just wanted to say that) but would prefer them with something to dip them into.
I'm just tryin' to get by being quiet and shy,
In a world full of pushin' and shove.
