Seems very normal except I didn't see any Margarita supplies. What's up with that?

This just proves some people's point of what an a hole Jimmy really is!! I mean not letting everyone in to listen to his sound check or having him and the band eat before Jojo the idiotboy local morning zoo guy gets to?? The nerve.
The list was made after many years of touring. Talk to people who work at concert venues, and you will understand why a lot of those things are in contracts.

What is interesting is the Coral Reefer Males' dressing room (C), has beer and wine and the Coral Reefer Women's dressing room (D), does not. And that's strange about the margarita supplies. Maybe tequila and touring don't mix.

I think that salty and acidic things just don't go well with singing...just a guess though.
