Isn't it after the National Championship Game?

A question of my own:
In the past, the BCS always rotated the National Championship Game between the 4 BCS bowl games. This year, it's its own bowl game?
Rose Bowl: USC/Michigan
Fiesta: Boise St/Oklahoma
Sugar: LSU/ND
Orage: Wake/Louisville
Nat'l Champ: Ohio St/FLorida
