The seller is offering a money back guarantee. Says if you don't get what you see he'll refund your money. So I suppose that if you buy the tix and Nick isn't there (Hawaiian shirt and all), you'll get your money back!!! 
My biggest fear is that when I die, my wife will sell all my Buffett stuff for what I said I paid for it!
