Heard rumors last week while in Key West that Jimmy might be in town for Capt. Tony's 90th birthday celebration Aug 8-10......anybody else hear anything about this?

Capt. is looking great by the way!

Yup...and the only problem I have with the suggestion is that I doubt he needs a hooker - he's probably got a line o' young lovelies willing to do him for free.

I just hope I'm half as lively as him when I hit 90.

yeah when i was down a year ago. My brother and I were talking to him and he was telling us stories about the bar (mostly about women) and his eyes zoned in on any little hottie that came in. Oh and don't worry about hookers, we contributed to his "hooker tip jar." that he had sitting on the counter beside him. He is a hoot!!!

We were there in March of this year and he was was wearing oxygen around his neck. When my wife went over to him he ripped it off to get closer. The guy's still a hound.

I was down a few weeks ago and his exact birthday is the 10th. He claims he doesn't need viagra so I would say the 2 hookers would do! He did say Jimmy was planning something...maybe that weekend after his shows at GW? Capt Tony is an amazing man!

Capt. Tony will be 90 on Thursday, Aug.. 10. A three day celebration is planned. A golf tournament tomorrow at the KWGC. Wednesday night dinner at one of Capt. Tony's favorite restaurants. JB plans to attend. The dinner is by invitation only. About 100 people invited. Thursday night is the street party. The City is closing Green Street in front of Capt. Tony's Saloon. The Carl Peachy Band, along with others will preform but not JB. He has a concert on Thursday night.
