Banana Split Toppings?

PHDiane got me wanting a banana split, so I hopped on up to my Dairy Queen (where they know me because I always bring my dog through the drive through) and got my normal banana split with dark cherry, pineapple, and strawberry, rainbow sprinkles with no whipped cream.

I realize the menu actually says that it comes with blueberry, chocolate, and pineapple.

I know there's a lot of different choices, but what do YOU like on your banana split? (if you like them).

I'd do a poll, but I'd have no idea what standard choices would be since there are so many.

I never knew you could get different stuff on a Banana Split

I wish I had cash right now... a Banana Split would be really nice

I can't believe I'm admitting this..

But I have never had a banana split.....ever.

One day I'm gonna do something about that...

I like mine with pineapple, chocolate and strawberry, whipped cream and NUTS!!!!!!! oh, and cherries -- 3 of em!

Was supposed to have one last year on my birthday but that never worked out ...Oh well..

Salted peanuts are great, but pecans beat ALL if I can get 'em! (You both know that as a Type 2 diabetic, I don't get to eat these, or not often, if so. But when I meet my Connalulu, we are gonna have banana splits!)

chocolat syrup on the chocolate icecream

wet walnuts all over

whip cream and a cherry...VIOLA...perfection

chocolate, caramel, and strawberry toppings, whip cream, nuts and marcino cherries.

Butterscotch is a prefectly acceptable substitute if caramel isn't available.

Now I want one.

one of the very rare times I want Strawberry
with Pineapple and Chocolate.. and.. I am happy if all the ice cream is vanilla nuts whipped cream and a cherry on top..

note.. in Boise the Sonics do not make good Banana Splits.

I have never had one either.....

have had plenty of options I suppose...just never tried them. Shoot I was a Soda Fountain girl in my first job and MADE banana splits.... Just never ate them. LOL
