On the one hand, I want to say, "tisk tisk tisk."
On the other hand, I wish I could still party THAT hard (and want to live the day after).

Just listened to the Nissan show for the first time since I was at the concert and I have to reiterate that it was one of the best that I've been to. Re-listening to it sober gives it a whole different perspective. It seems like Jimmy really had a good time (something that was lacking in his last couple of shows). I definitely give it an A+.

I've been going to Jimmy's shows for 18 years. I was in the 2nd row once at Merriweather and that was awsome. BUT, I will have to say, and we talked about it as we were leaving Nissan, this was probably the best Jimmy concert I have ever been to. I don't know if it was me or the rum, but for a moment, I thougt Jimmy got a little choked up while playing Pirate with Mac and Jake, and all of us singing with him. The crowd singing that song sounded awsome in the pavilion. I thought I was in church (you know that fine line between Thursday night and Sunday morning?). The whole Little Feat/Dixie Chicken thing, the City of New Orleans Thing, Robbie and Jake doing the National Antham thing.... AWSOME! :D
"I know there are some fruticakes in Section C... I know Robert's friends are fruitcakes." (Jimmy's gracious shout-out to us on August 27th, 2005 in Philadelphia, PA)
