She has written a letter to the editor about all the good things PH clubs have done. Can't wait to see if it is printed in the paper.

Honestly? I think she might be over reacting some. The article is not even about Parrotheads. I'm guessing the author was going for a certain amount of alliteration in his title, but saying "partying parrotheads" would have been just easy. I think your PHC president's time would be better spent jousting at a bigger windmill.

I concur, not really a biggie.

That's just bad journalism. The writer was trying to play on a stereotype.

There are other, more realistic comparisons (actually the Bourbon Street one was effective) he could have used in place of it, but it's really nothing to get over-excited about.

Be the duck, and just let it roll off your back.

sounded like a good party,Parrottheads do alot of good for their communities!! People all over need to liten up a bit,we live in a time of constant turmoil in the world,a bit of loud music,some exposed skin,and a few drinks should be welcomed.
