I logged in to the TicketMaster system EXACTLY at 11:00 am and there were no tickets available at any price. I couldn't get 4, I couldn't get 2, I couldn't get 1. I tried and tried and tried and nothing was available.
I picked up the phone and called TicketMaster. 15 minutes later my call was picked up. I was told that I could not buy 4 tickets, but that there were pairs available. I was offered a pair in Section G and I took them (at $177 a piece!). When I got the actual tickets in the email, they were actually in Row I.
How is it that no tickets were available online at 11:00? How is it that there were tickets available on the phone even when nothing was available online? Why was I sold tickets in Row G, but received tickets in Row I? Something is wrong.
I hate TicketMaster!
On the bright side, I am seeing Jimmy in Santa Barbara! That beats MGM Grand any day!
