Okay I have a question......

IF I buy more tickets than I need... I'm hoping for cheap seats...would it be easy to resell (whatever I paid for them) to fellow BNers?

Please advise... thank you

Buying more tickets than you need can be a touchy deal- especially with Vegas. It's a double show so there'll be a lot of tickets floating around- but there are also a lot of opportunities to sell them when you get there. ..pre-parties, Margaritaville, etc. Some years I've seen a lot of activity, others not so much. Seems like since you've got to do so much preliminary work to even get to Vegas the tickets are a must beforehand.

The Ticket Exchange here on Buffett News I think is the best option for selling your extra tickets. I've directed many phriends there with good results. Realize it's for face value only and that it ends up being a bit of a hassle. That being said- it's the best default for finding qualified and trustworthy buyers. :pirate: :wench:

Has anyone used Last Minute Travel before? I never know if I should trust a site that is charging about half of what the hotel's site is charging.

If you go to
http://www.buffettnews.com/forum/viewto ... highlight=

You may find some links there and towards the end someone did comment on last minute travel.

Hotels and airlines do set aside "X" amount of seats/rooms for resalers. Just read the fine print. Call them up and talk to them also. Good luck!

I got a good deal on Last Minute. I was referred to them via Kayak which is reputable. I guess I can't say I have ever used them before but we'll find out soon enough in October.

Hydster and Monkeyboy will be in Vegas on the 20th for the 21st show! Cannot WAIT!! We'll be at LMS and at the street party and at the hooters for the post show party.

We bought the nosebleeder tickets because last time we bought the middle tickets and we were the 1st row behind the floor seats and it was hard to see there! Of course some of that is because I'm height challenged but it will be nice to be higher up.

Can't wait to see our phriends again!
