This has definitely helped! I happen to have a resistance band here, so I strapped on some ice! :o :lol:

And the nuisance of the numbness in my fingers, and slight pain in my wrist has helped too! :wink: :lol: Not to mention the water dripping all over me! :lol:

You probably think I'm kidding, but... :lol:

I'm not falling asleep anymore! :D
