Las Vegas 10/21 pre-party, LMS

He pholks, I'm new around here. I'm also a new convert to Jimmy. My wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the 10/21 show along with 2 couples. I've read about "the last man standing" party", as well as the pre party at MGM. How do I find more info about these? Is it open to all, or only members of various Parrothead chapters? Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.
By the way, Ticketmaster is frustrating me in releasing info! I'm sure you are as well!
