Flag on the Wrigley DVD

Post by dutchmen65 »

So i was watching the Wrigley DVD for the hundreth time last night (as well as wishing I could go back to that unforgetable day-no matter how much i drank) and wanted to know if there is any place i can get those Margaritaville Cubs flags that they kept showing.
Does anyone know if they are still out there available for purchase?
If you dont know what i am talking about go to the second DVD and put on buffett backstage, then watch for the flag.

Do you mean the skull & crossbones with the do-rag with the Cubs logo? When I got back to NY after the shows I emailed Margaritaville and asked if they were for sale. They told me no, and they had no plans to sell them.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

As much as I like margaritas. . .

my favorite flag on that DVD is the little white one situated next to Bill Payne with the martini glass and olives. It's shown prominantly on disc 1, during Come Monday I believe.

Looks like it was hand made, but it's near and dear to my heart!
