FYI - For those of you in the Secaucus area John will be playing at Cheeseburger in Paradise in Secaucus on Tuesday, August 22 from 7 - 11. Keet is away at my parents so hubby and I will be there. We saw John down in Key West at MOTM - he is wonderful (and cute too ).

Can't make it this week, working midnights. Saw John last w/his band, Sunny Jim, Doyle & Amy in Phillipsburg NJ on 07.29. Great show, it was a lot of fun. Maybe next time around we can meet up. If not, we'll be at MOTM. Tell him Allan, Penny & Gabriela say Hi !.

Had a great time last night. Met up with Jane (SpainJane), her hubby, and two of their friends. What great people. We talked like we were friends forever. When I first told hubby we were meeting up with people from the forum - he was like - you don't even know these people - but that's so not true - you meet the bestest people on this forum! After we left he kept saying - wow - that was a great time and they are great people! I am the extrovert and he is the introvert but he is slowing coming around (it has taken 16 years!).

Jim says "HI!". You were right Wayne - what a nice guy! He sat with hubby and I during his first break and we chatted the whole time then once Jane, hubby and friends came all hell broke loose!

See, we told you he was a nice guy and approachable. I checked his site & it's down.. When's he playing there next ? Did you have the mojitos ? they're great. But be careful, they sneak up on you.
