This happened to a state representative from the Pittsburgh area:

Ruffing Charged With DUI

MUNHALL, PA: KDKA Investigators have learned State Representative Ken Ruffing has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police in Munhall pulled Ruffing over Saturday night and said his blood alcohol was more than four times the legal limit.

I have a doctor friend who tells me that when he worked the ER he would see BAC's in excess of 4.0! Yikes!!!

Wow.

After that, police gave him a breathalyzer test, and say Ruffing blew a .346.

He's lucky all he hit was a parked car and that, thankfully, nobody got hurt.

He was only supposed to take those to the college campuses, guess he goofed.

sons' suitemate at college was hospitalized with .42 this was several hours after losing consciousness. Son helped kid who wasn't breathing when found, and called 911. Called me in a panic enroute to hospital. Was touch and go but kid ended up being fine. Still drinking too much.
