This came from something in the "Things you have never..." thread. I never served detention in school... did you ever have detention in school?

so does that make 2 of us....???

ive been sent to the office but ive never served an after school dentention...EVER

i have never had detention, but i waited with my friend one day ....she had a 15 min detention for being late to class and i waited with her because she was my ride home because we were going over to her gouse to sleepover! lol so i have never had to serve on persay...but i did with my freind! lol

Nope! I was always a perfect angel in school

There was this third grade teacher who always talked about putting on her "spanking apron." None of us misbehaved after being in her class....

Well, that and Natl Honor Society and revived the school newspaper that had been dead for almost 35 yrs!

I wasn't close to being a scholar or on the school newspaper, but I was on a championship football team (the school's first in almost 30 years) and I held 7 school records in track. I pretty much did what I wanted.

I never had detention, per se, but I did have to miss Field Day in 3rd grade... Does that count?

Never had detention but was suspended for a week for fighting.

I never had "Detention"... but was sent home from school a few times.

(Before the days of "in school" detentions. )

In sixth grade, I had one day of in school suspension because I called my teacher a "bad name."

Even Angels get p*** off sometimes. Never did THAT again, though!

I was an angel!

I only got sent out of class once ... for being disruptive and my maths teacher was walking past and saw me outside the door and nearly fell over that I was sent out

Although I never served detention, I did get a 3 day suspension for attempting to sneak in a 6 pack of beer into the 8th grade school dance. The worst punishment to come from that was my mom did not allow me to attend any of the 8th grade graduation parties

Another funny story from the same year being it was a Catholic school my friends and I managed to get a bottle of peppermint scnapps into retreat day which was a day of reflection before graduation, the Sisters throughout the day continually mentioned the fact that there was to be no gum chewing

My ears were never twisted as much and my knuckles are still red from those days

The Vice Prin. and I developed quite a raport over the years!!!

Never served detension, but in 1st grade I had to write sentences during recess twice:

I will not swing on the bathroom doors

I will not bail out of the swings
