12 1/2 years ago I got a chapter and a half of a "lost love" story set in Key West done and then Norma hit me over the head with the "I'm pregnant" thing. I need to start it back up. I have it outlined, but believe in free flow, so it is a very simple plot outline (ever changing as well)

Cubbie get on with it. If you need inspiration read Stephen King's book, On Writing. He wrote in his early days with probably the most difficult situations imaginable. And yet he was so driven he kept with it in spite of this. I don't like King's work today but it truly motivated me because no matter how complicated my life is it's nothing like his.

"Pink"

Strike me pink
Tickle me pink
Pink is my favorite color...
I think
Pink as a tulip
Pink as a rose
Pink as my little nose
Pink as a sunset in the sky
Sometims I think pink can fly
Pink as a wall
Pink as a room
Sometimes I think pink is my doom

If the question "What was one of Jennifer's favorite colors in 3rd grade?" should arise in BN Feud, you all better get the #1 answer!!!
So I can mark you down for puke green? :D

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

It took a nervous breakdown to get me to actually write a book. Got too stressed, snapped, quit, and suddenly had some free time on my hands. It was the best and worst thing that has ever happened to me. Now, I juggle writing with working and doing appearances. It amazes me that people actually want my signature on more than just credit card receipts! :D

worst part is, I squandered 9 months of unemployment looking for jobs rather than writing

Elrod has written a wonderful novel. Kind of a semi-true story.. I got to read it, and I couldn't put it down. :D And no, it's not about us or BN Feud..

I think Palmetto Son wrote a book that was published.

Hey maybe we can be a support group for writers. I'm supposed to be writing a book, but I can usually find something else I'm supposed to do as well.

OCG, I liked Stephen King's book "On Writing." That was inspirational to me too! Good for you for writing three hours a day. That takes incredible discipline.
