As a bandjock fom the 70s, Maynard was a big part of my college soundtrack. I have heard him play in theaters, on football fields, and in little jazz clubs.
He will be missed!

Dang....
I remember playing with his band when I was in high school.... Their jazz band did a jazz workshop with my HS jazz ensemble... Amazing....
