I need that software that can take a scanned image and make it a word document. Somehow, I don't think PTG would be willing to initial all the items on here. I think she may be working on her own document for me to sign as well. I guess I will have a clause in mine that makes her ontract null and void or mine supercedes any previous agreements. I will probably give you a signed copy, just as a precaution to have one offsite.

maybe one other one, kept with a non-BNer, and non-family member, triple-redundancy isn't a bad thing..

Isn't it refreshing someone is willing to write down all the expectations of a partner. Imagine how different relationships would be if that type of documentation was required.
