Yeah, I've done it. It was really bad when I was younger (much) and still had braces on...Dang, the memories still hurt....

I only do it when I'm eating something. Hurts like a son of a biscuiteater.

I rarely bite my tongue.....but I do bite the inside of my mouth, alot.....brings blood and everything. I have no idea how or why I do it.
