Katie Couric's first broadcast on CBS tonight. Will you be watching?

I was a big fan of Tom Brokaw, still watch Brian Williams but not nearly as much. I end up watching the NBC web rebroadcast more often than the regular airing. CBS will have a live internet simulcast of the evening news, wonder how the local affiliates feel about that?

Oh great  I'm the one person who said they will be watching Katie. Just to see what all the fuss is all about. I'm also the guy who buys 3 or four extra things when I get to the counter at the grocery store. Damn impluse items! :D

I'll either be on the train on my way home or waiting at Penn Station for the next train. I'm never home in time to watch the network news.

When I am around, I watch Brian Williams, but will probably switch it over to Katie tonight-want to see what she does. It will be interesting to see how this does in the long run.

I'll probably be watching. I like the local CBS affiliate's local broadcast, and usually am too lazy to find another national newscast :D

I didn't like the much too perky little munchkin when she was on the Today Show so even if I was home I doubt if I would watch CBS.

I prefer to watch news that actually reports the facts not the way the reporter wants them reported.

I watched NBC.

In Brian's closing remarks, he welcomed Katie to the time slot and the anchor chair and wished her good luck "in limited amounts."
