Oh, and I snorted pixie sticks before, too, we were like in middle school or something, and we dared each other to do it.... I wouldn't recommend it.

I like how the guy DOESN'T even want to go to a concert and that there is a "band" that plays Jimmy's music (certainly it's horrible) near where they live yet he has a deck overlooking a river or whatever and he wants to introduce his, ah, soon to be wife? I can't remember now, to Jimmy?

Because they have a deck?
Because some band play's Jimmy's music?

Boy that's just ducky. Were there any other lame reasons? I wish I could not want to go to a concert and have a deck and want to introduce my wife to Jimmy even though I don't want to go to a concert. I don't want to go to a concert because it's pointless - can never get tickets. So I never bother. Unless it's Jazz Fest.

But even though I have met Jimmy and I don't want to go to a concert I'd still love to see him live on tour at a concert that I wish I could go to cause I'd like to go but I don't want to go because I can't go so I won't go but I'd like to go.

Doesn't want to go to a concert. Give me a break. Not wanting to go and not being able to go are two hugely different things. Jimmy practically ignores this part of the country when it comes to the touring - the last time he toured through here was 2000 for the winter Beach House On The Moon tour.

Didn't Jimmy just play the New Orleans JazzFest a couple months back?? Or, what about the special Coastal Confessions show from New Orleans 1 1/2 years ago...that no one else got live?

Hey! I've been in the same room with him a few times... And to a few
parties he threw! Of course they were really BIG rooms and I had to pay to go to all of them.
He even showed up at an outdoor show I was attending in Key West with
a few friends... just a few friends. I talk to him frequently and sometimes
he speaks to me but for some reason he never acknowledges me personally.

You think he hates the south ? What about the northeast. He only did Jones Beach, Camden & only 2 shows @ Great Woods. Oh Yeah, Mohegan Sun. & Oh, the Garden this Thursday. Almost had to drive all the to Va. to make up for the lack of shows.

I think he hates OH more. After FL, OH has all the tradition... one lousy show at Riverbend. Otherwise you have to drive to Detroit, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, or Indianapolis... He hates OH way more than he does the South what with all that teasing and taunting of dates outside the state when there are perfectly-good venues in Lima, Cleeeveland, Athens, and Toledo...
