Well Dang It !
I rented/watched Repo Man last night.
Afterwards I must have spent a hour trying to find the scene Jimmy was in to no avail.

Any Clues anyone ?

According to IMDb Jimmy is listed as playing an "Additional Blond Agent". Hope that is some help.

Correct you are.
And after 2--> hours of Googling, that's the most detail I've come up with too.
Still, I cannot find this or any scene where he's recognizable.
