Denver had to fight and go in, over, and around hoops to get this guy back from Mexico for killing a police officer. And they'd only let him go if he wouldn't face the death penalty here.
However.. I do agree with Santa's points.

that's a huge package.rednekkPH wrote:Maybe we can make a package deal and send him over along with the 12 million or so Mexicans that are breaking the law simply by being here.

Unfortunately, a lot of countries are doing that. I remember a case where a guy was supposed to be on trial in Philadelphia for killing a cop there. He fled to France and the prosecutors had to promise NOT to seek the death penalty too.SMLCHNG wrote:http://9news.com/acm_news.aspx?OSGNAME= ... 89c01ca7bf

We had a similiar one in CA where the guy was a convicted Felon and went back to Mexico,it just FUMES me that he got away with taking this man away from his family and then just sat pretty in Mexico for over 5 years...We just got him though and he is going to face charges (no Death Penalty of course)SMLCHNG wrote:http://9news.com/acm_news.aspx?OSGNAME= ... 89c01ca7bf

OK so that makes sense about the warrant
but it still dosn't explain why the US turned over any citizen immediately considering the history of extraditing fugitives from mexico
I was gonna call you out on the Sun/News thing but personally I don't like the DMN (there's a REASON it's the only daily) so you can call it anything.ragtopW wrote:ph4ever wrote:ragtopW wrote:I find this Ironic..
