UPDATE...Still going back and forth in the exchange portion of the problem resolving process on EBAY but I think I am ready to push the button to the next stage.

His latest response is that now he "remembers" what happened...I sent him an email and told him I had not received my tickets! Told him point blankly that it never happened as I went on vacation for 3 weeks 2 days after I paid him via Paypal and found the tickets here when we got home! Never sent him any email about anything.

Perhaps someone sent him an email about some other tickets but one way or another, no way to run a business and I am out a concert!

I always get through to TM's website, not just for Buffett, but for any concert I go to. Except for one time this year it's probably been 6 or 7 years since I've been shut out.

i f you don't get your money back post the ebay id here and anywhere else on the internet you can put it. list this user as a fraud. you mentioned that the artist should do this, well springsteen did something very interesting last spring.
He had a concert in a very, very small venue (1000 seats or less) and the policy was only two tickets per purchase and you needed to show the ID of the person who purchased them or no tickets. Once you were issued the tickets you couldn't go out of the venue. Hence no scalpers at all and only true fans got the tickets. It was a pain in the butt but actually it worked. More artist should follow this process. It would take longer getting in but you wouldn't be paying $200+ for regular seats.

I bought tickets thru ebay, The seller included the ticket with the address ticket. I had no problem. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Keep ragging at ebay. I look at the sellers rating. and past tranactions. if it looks fishy, e-mail previous buyers to see if they are legit. If someone screws me I will not hold back if someone else asks me.
