I didn't buy parking in advance - have always just paid the day of. And I've always found tailgating at WPB good. Your typical Jimmy stuff with people showing up at noon in RV's and the sounds of blenders left and right.

Cool, cool. We had a blast at Tampa last time around, but honestly found the sound on the lawn to be crappy, hoping things on the lawn will be better at sound advice..... it only being 20 mins away helps too!

Same thing happened to me back in 99 there at my first show.
Of course we did not sit down.
I've also had this happen in Orlando twice but did not sit down and shortly after, the people behind me were gone.

I was there that year and yes a girl did get knocked down and died, that was 2000.
I thought the concert and sound was great at mars/coral, but then i was in the 13th row

Tailgate was excellent too....
