Update: Jimmy Buffett will be appearing on Emeril Live on Sunday October 8th at 8:00 p.m. est. Michael Utley and Mac McAnnaly will be joining him on the show as well as his tour and personal managers. I understand Jimmy had a great time with Emeril - it should be a fun show to watch!
An early reminder for this one too! :)

The KeyLime dessert is coming out the next dinner party...those rum pineapples alone would be great! (With a rich vanilla ice cream?)

That will work...even better? Add some small peices of crystalized ginger to the pan when cooking the pineapples with the rum........

What time's the party :D

I stayed uo too late and watched the 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM replay, and it still looked awesome. I needed one of the those mondo Margaritas to sllep later though... no ingredients in the house.

There was a bit more music than the usual shows.

They played a bit of Margaritaville. Mac and Mike played all the tunes with the Doc Gibbs Jimmy Buffett Band.

He played a small snip of I Wish Lunch Could Last Forever.

They closed with I Will Play For Gumbo.

Seems like I am forgetting something...

The wife and I had the chicken pasta last night. It's pretty damn good. And easy to make, too.

Glad you posted that. All the recipes were posted except that one when I checked last, I see it's on their website now. We'll be trying the chicken and the coconut shrimp for sure.
