Unlike WHO?
When you went to the Kernels game with me back in July, THREE PEOPLE said to me that it was nice of me to bring my father to the game.

Remember this-you WILL be old someday. (If you're lucky). 8)
but it was you who asked for the handicapped accessable seating
It's just assumed that Cub fans are handicapped.

Indiana Jolly Mon wrote:Unfortunately the old saying "Psychiatry has made a whore of the Law" is more and more true these days. He will go to rehab, be cured of his prior molestation issues and run again as a changed man. And the worst part, there are plenty of morons who will buy it and vote for him.
I said this in another thread about the school shootings, but it applies here too:
We need to stop producing victims. Everything that happens to somebody in America these days is someone else's fault. Nobody owns up to their own mistakes anymore. Spill hot coffee in your lap? It's obviously McDonald's fault. Like a freakin' clown with a yellow suit spilled the coffee in your lap. It's coffee, dumbass, it's supposed to be hot.

Anyway, we take the victim mentality, and use it as an excuse to be psychopathic. Some idiot has been 'victimized' to the point where he/she feels so sorry for themselves (and it's obviously not their fault) so they take that anger/frustration/whatever out on innocent people. And the "victim" cycle starts again....
Of course "innocent" in the above quote is up for interpretation, as the other parties were willing participants, and I'm not sure what the age is for statutory rape is in DC, in Colo it is 16, IIRC... (If statutory rape even comes into play here, as no actual 'sex' happened. It's a legal gray area, as I see it.)

didn't you hear? Foley's the real victim, he's got a drinking problem and was abused as a child (if true, not trying to minimize his pain, but definitely not an excuse either)
