FYI...THERE IS NO TAILGATING IN SANTA BARBARA!

Hey all you Parrot Heads

Jimmy Buffett is coming to Santa Barbara! This means Santa Barbara and Left Coast are again throwing a pre-party. This is really important to our Clubs because it's a big fundraising event sponsoring local charities. This is how we Party with a Purpose!

Some particulars (with more information to follow):

Ø The concert pre-party will be held at Sharkeez, 416 State Street, Santa Barbara.

Ø Music by Unkle Monkey.

Ø Silent auction and raffle

Ø Concert wear and special pre-party shirts will be available for purchase.

Ø Buses to and from the Bowl have been arranged, $10 per person, pre-paid reservations required.

Reservations for the bus can be made by mailing a check payable to SBPHC to PO Box 1403, Santa Barbara, CA 93102. If you have a PayPal Account, you can send payment to clean@sbbm.com. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED by October 17, 2006 to guarantee a seat on the bus. Once you've sent your check or paid by PayPal, please email Janet at bananit@gmail.com with your name and number of seats so I can match reservations to payments.

We need items for the silent auction and raffle. If you have a donation or can round up a donation, please contact Christa at kissyjoy@aol.com.

If you can help sell raffle tickets, work the silent auction, help set up or take down, or generally lend a hand wherever it is needed (and we do need people to do this), please contact Andrew at andrew@andrewnixon.com.

Last year was a ton of fun and we made a tidy sum for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and The Roar Foundation (Shambala). We’ve added two more charities and hope to surpass last year’s donations, but we need your help. This is a good time to get involved and support your Clubs.
