I am one at a time with water and if it is a big pill or first thing in the morning - I am nearly sick doing it

Make sure to drink LOTS of water - just a swallow and the pills may begin to dissolve near the top of the esophagus. Lots of potential there for inflammation of the lining and pain!!!!!!!

Oh. I can take several at once, with a full glass of water.

I take 6 pills every night. I can only do one or two at a time. with lots of water

And the vitamin is the worst... tastes terrible.

Estrace is best....tiny pill and I only need a half....
