Ok, this may be odd.. but I'm curious.. I've seen folks take them in many different ways.

Depending on the size of the pills/tablets I can take anywhere from 4-8 of 'em at a time, but have to have liquids to wash 'em down with.

What do you do?

It depends on the size of the pills, but I do 3 or more smallish ones at once. Just pop them in and then take a drink.

Depending on the size, I can take 4 or 5 at once and definitely need a little water to get them down. The only time taking a pill bothers me is when I take one that tastes awful---ugh!

I can take up to 8 or so with a mouthful of water.....it just becomes habit...

Depends what it is. Prescription medication, I take with water. Aspirin, or just about any over the counter stuff, I chew.

I'm a pill pro - just give me all the pills in whatever size and water. Slam them all in and drink the water.

Incase you wanted to know. I'm the 5% (currently) that puts the water in, then the pills. I can do 3 Advil at once, but don't usually go with much more than that.

If they're coated (like my favorites--Advil), I can take maybe 2 at a time. If they're not coated, I have to put them WAAAY on the back of my tongue one at t time.

isn't that bitter Larry? Everytime I've tasted aspirin, I've been sorry.

They're a little bitter, but I've been doing it for years so I'm used to it by now.

Advil goes down with either a beer or white zin...and the only other pill I take is chewable Bonine and Diet Coke. Odd...but that's the way it is...

Capsules or coated tabs I can swallow without liquid (well, except for spit). Regular tabs I need a little liquid for the express elevator .... I hate it when they start to dissolve in your mouth. Unless they're horse pills, quantity isn't an issue.

i hate taking pills unless i absolutely have to....


i ask for anything chewable...vitamins and such....


but other than that i swallow pills with water...usually one at a time....
