He's played Michigan in Feb, albeit an indoor show. I'm guessing if you're paying for it, you'd want an outdoor show with all the fixin's.

It's obvious why Here We Are was left off the album proper.

Well, I suppose it is not of interest to the general commercial CD buyer, not being parrotheads......so? every CD has one or more cuts that any particular person doesnt care for....

Maybe because the option "none" is not available.

I've seen "Bama Breeze" and PATEOTW live at the MSG show. I'd love to see "Dukes on Sunday" while sitting and Dukes on Sunday.

I'd love to hear "Reggabilly Hill". I love it when he does songs with a reggae feel. I'm totally diggin' the new reggae version of "Floridays".

Yeah, I understand. I think what it is is that Here We Are is obviously a tribute to Parrotheads and perhaps that's why it's a bonus track as opposed to...being a tribute to fans within the confines of a/the regular album. I don't know of any other artist recording an outright tribute to their fans and including it on a record.

The whole song is specific so maybe it would be just too much to have it on the album proper.

Does that make sense?
