On a gut level, I was going to say Mc Dreamy. But, he cheated on his wife, and continued to do it after she found out. So, as I thought about it for more than a second, I would go with Finn.

Well, since the shower scene last year with Meredith and Izzie was just a dream (now THAT would have been a goooood love story), I guess I think it should be Finn. Typically though, she will pick the guy that cheats on his wife and has yanked her around for years over the good guy.
And I agree with Hippolyte, watching Napoleon Dynamite was PAINFUL, not even close to funny.

in my opinion, i think mcDreamy is rly a good-lookin' guy, but i think whathe did is wrong, even if his wife did it first...and i like Finn...but i'mot that much attracted to him...he seems nice, but i don't think merdith will have any real feelings for finn..i think finn will end up w/ izzie---and i would choose George...he is a really godd guy on the inside, and he's not what you would call hott, but he is really cute! and he always seems to be there all the time..so i would choose george--but i am also only in highschool so i do't know that much anyway! lol
